When she helped found Bpeace in 2002, the idea that Toni helped root is that business people have a role to play in peace building.  

 

As the leader of Bpeace since 2004, Toni created a vision of Fast Runner entrepreneurs in conflict countries propelled by expertise shared generously by U.S. business professionals.   In 2005 she downshifted her strategic marketing consulting business--The Maloney Group--to lead Bpeace full-time.  Executives among her colleagues and clients  followed her into this pioneering initiative as both Bpeace members and donors.

 

In the for-profit world, Toni is best known as a marketing strategist with a proven track record of helping B2B clients successfully reposition themselves, launch new products and increase their new business batting average.  As president of The Maloney Group, Toni delivered strategic marketing advice to executives from leading service companies including Booz Allen Hamilton, Bank of America Specialist and PricewaterhouseCoopers. 

 

Toni is best known for developing a unique planning methodology: Inside-Out Marketing® for which her firm holds the trademark. Prior to founding The Maloney Group in 1991, Toni held executive positions at several leading global firms including American Express, Ogivly and McCann-Erickson. 

 

She is a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business.  Toni has been quoted in publications including The New York TimesThe Wall Street JournalBusiness Week, and on CNN.  She has been a guest speaker at the NYU Stern School of Business, The New School, and Penn State.
