Bpeace has an eye on our ROI—Return on Involvement

As an organization built by business professionals, it is in our DNA to measure outcomes. We conduct an annual census of all the entrepreneurs in our portfolio—to evaluate jobs and economic value created, as well as changes in economic, human, social, and political capital.

 

We also measure how our reach multiplies and examine the role each entrepreneur and business plays in community revitalization. This includes skills employees gain and the number of family members benefiting from a reliable source of income to educate and raise their children.

 

Each yearly performance evaluation is reviewed by the Bpeace Executive Council to provide insights and recommendations to further Bpeace’s ROI.
