EL SALVADOR FOOD MAXIMIZER SELECTION COMMITTEE

We are seeking a dedicated volunteers to join our team as an Interviewer and Business Analyst for the Food Maximizer program in El Salvador. In this role, you will have the opportunity to review candidate applications, conduct interviews, and utilize a scoring tool to evaluate their potential for growth and alignment with Bpeace’s mission. Your business expertise will be crucial in assessing candidates and providing valuable insights to assist Bpeace staff in building comprehensive business profiles.

Skills needed:

• Previous experience in business, entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to objectively assess candidates’ qualifications and potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the Bpeace mission and values.

Estimated Dates: From June 10th 2024 to August 15th 2024.
Volunteers should be available to participate in assessment activities during working days.

Volunteer Commitment: Approximately 4 hours per candidate (1 hour for reviewing applications, 2 hours for conducting interviews, and 1 hour for scoring). Volunteers may choose to commit to assessing anywhere from 1 to 4 candidates.
