You will use your experience to:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify strategic opportunities for optimizing go-to-market efforts, focusing on potential new prospects to increase regional market share.
  • Assess the current sales and marketing roles, responsibilities, and team structure to offer insights on streamlining operations for greater effectiveness and efficiency in reaching target customers.
  • Share best practices in market expansion, customer relationship management, and organizational alignment to support scalable and sustainable growth.
  • Identify opportunities for new strategic roles within the go-to-market framework and provide hiring recommendations to strengthen recruitment and resource allocation for market expansion.

Volunteer Skills:

  • Expertise in market and cost analysis, including strategic forecasting, KPI development, and setting goals to drive financial and market growth.
  • Skilled in developing tools and frameworks for effective team and resource management within go-to-market initiatives.
  • Proven ability to identify operational inefficiencies, recommend actionable improvements, and implement strategies to enhance team structure and efficiency.
  • Experienced in leading organizational change initiatives, particularly within sales and marketing processes, with a focus on aligning financial goals with market expansion strategies.
