ou will use your experience to:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify critical objectives and key results (OKRs) that will drive the development of a strategic business plan to support expansion efforts.
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current workflows and operations, offering actionable recommendations to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency as the business scales.
• Share best practices in pricing strategies and cost optimization specifically designed for the food industry, ensuring financial sustainability and operational effectiveness during the expansion.
• Provide guidance on conducting a competitive analysis to refine market positioning and identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation in the food manufacturing sector as part of the growth strategy

• Expertise in creating and implementing dynamic pricing models that align with customer demand and cost structures, ensuring competitiveness and profitability in the food manufacturing sector.
• Strong ability to identify operational inefficiencies and provide actionable recommendations, implementing targeted strategies to enhance overall operations and drive performance.

• Extensive experience in analyzing food costs, labor expenditures, and inventory management to pinpoint cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality within food manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in conducting comprehensive operational audits and simplifying workflows to develop efficient strategies that reduce complexity and enhance productivity across various processes.
