OPERATIONAL AND PROCESS EFFICIENCY
We are looking for experts who can help the leadership team develop the required structure and growth plan to improve internal processes.
You will use your experience to consult in one or more of the following areas:
- Development of a clear and effective organizational structure, including creating an HR org chart that defines roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines to improve accountability and collaboration.
- Crafting detailed job descriptions and competencies for each role within the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing clarity around expectations and performance standards.
- Designing and optimizing process flows for key activities, such as product intake, project handoff, and outtake procedures, to enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and support consistent outcomes.
- Developing frameworks for measuring team performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and setting up regular performance reviews to align individual contributions with profitability goals.
- Establishing ongoing training, professional development, and process improvement initiatives to support employee growth, adaptability, and sustained organizational success.
Volunteer Skills:
- Extensive experience in designing organizational structures, creating HR frameworks, and developing role-specific job profiles. This includes a background in building and restructuring teams to align with strategic business objectives.
- A strong track record in mapping and refining process flows, particularly for key operational activities like intake and outtake processes. They should have the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Experience in developing growth plans for organizations, with a focus on creating scalable structures that support both current and future business needs. They should be able to design a flexible framework that can adapt to changing priorities and facilitate sustainable expansion.
- Proficiency in establishing performance metrics, designing review systems, and ensuring alignment between individual performance and broader company goals. The expert should have experience with data-driven performance management to drive accountability and support profitability.
- A background in developing employee training programs, professional development pathways, and continuous improvement processes. This includes a focus on nurturing internal talent and promoting a culture of growth and adaptability.
- Experience consulting for small businesses, including the ability to identify core challenges, refine a scope of project, and lead discussions to progress along defined scope.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively and provide clear and actionable recommendations.
