Patricia Kampmann serves as the CEO and Chairman of Electus Global Education Co., Inc. With over 25 years of experience across business operations, brand management, and strategic planning, she is a dynamic leader, contributing her expertise in driving innovation and sustainable growth to Bpeace. She has dedicated her career to building high-performance teams and driving brand stewardship across various sectors. Her commitment to empowering women and youth entrepreneurs aligns deeply with Bpeace’s mission, and she is excited to leverage her extensive network in the San Francisco Bay Area and Tampa Bay technology hub to open new doors for Bpeace. Patricia’s passion for cross-sector partnerships and her strong empathy for entrepreneurs make her a powerful advocate for the communities we serve.

Gita Patel: A Global Visionary Committed to Strategic Growth
Gita Patel is a management consultant at Trillium Management Solutions, with experience working in corporate, family businesses as well as business ownership. Gita specializes in strategic planning, market research, and process improvement across industries such as hospitality, manufacturing, and ERP technology. With a global perspective from working with major clients like SAP America, Nestle, Chanel, and Siemens, she brings a wealth of experience to Bpeace’s Board. Her passion for meaningful impact and cultural insights gained from extensive travel will be valuable in supporting the organization’s growth and building strategic connections.
Javier Prado: A Visionary in Commercial Growth and Social Impact
Javier Prado has a distinguished career in both commercial leadership and philanthropy. After leading Prado SA DE CV to market leadership in El Salvador’s home appliance industry, he transitioned into technology investments, achieving notable success with ventures such as HitCheck, Onlife, and Applaudo, Javier’s role in bringing Bpeace to El Salvador is a testament to his commitment to job creation and community support, which he fulfills through consultancy and hands-on engagement with medium-sized businesses. His experience has led to the creation of thousands of jobs, aligning perfectly with Bpeace’s dedication to fostering economic independence and growth.
