You will use your experience to:

  • Help the leadership team to identify key process improvement opportunities and create a roadmap for implementation.
  • Analyze the current workflow and operations to provide guidance on streamlining processes and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Share best practices in pricing strategy and cost optimization to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Advise the business on a competition analysis to enhance their positioning in the market.

Volunteer Skills:

  • Cost Management & Reduction experience including analyzing food costs, labor expenditures, and inventory management to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Proficient in conducting detailed menu profitability analyses, simplifying menus to reduce operational complexity, and developing pricing models that align with customer demand and cost structures.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements and implement strategies to improve overall operations.
  • Proficiency in leading and facilitating organizational change initiatives. Must be adept at socializing process improvements, gaining employee buy-in and ensuring a smooth transition.

Estimated Dates: Starting immediately

Volunteer Commitment: Approximately 40 hours over 2-4 months
