- Assess the current sales and marketing roles, responsibilities, and team structure to offer insights on streamlining operations for greater effectiveness and efficiency in reaching target customers.
- Share best practices in market expansion, customer relationship management, and organizational alignment to support scalable and sustainable growth.
- Identify opportunities for new strategic roles within the go-to-market framework and provide hiring recommendations to strengthen recruitment and resource allocation for market expansion.
Volunteer Skills:
- Expertise in market and cost analysis, including strategic forecasting, KPI development, and setting goals to drive financial and market growth.
- Skilled in developing tools and frameworks for effective team and resource management within go-to-market initiatives.
