What we measure
We track our impact annually and for three years post-program to ensure we are making a tangible difference. Exit interviews help evaluate satisfaction and Bpeace’s influence on business growth.
We release the previous year’s impact data in June to allow businesses time to finalize their finances.
Strengthened communities
This is the purpose of our work: the businesses we empower create jobs that sustain families, fuel economic prosperity, and generate lasting impact in their communities. We track how many family members rely on these jobs.
Business growth
We measure and track revenue to assess growth, analyzing year-over-year data on sales and exports. Additionally, we evaluate how our support enables businesses to boost profitability, secure capital, and implement reliable systems for accurate reporting.
Job creation
Formal jobs help people move out of poverty, providing dignity and alternatives to gangs and illegal migration. We track job growth annually across various employment sectors, striving to expand opportunities and ensure fair working conditions.
Gender and youth disaggregated data
Jobs play a crucial role in empowering women and youth strengthening their influence in society. As a women-founded and led organization, Bpeace champions women business leaders, recognizing that their success drives economic stability and innovation.
Our community of volunteers
We track our volunteers' hours, pro-bono contributions, and engagements, measuring the impact of their dedication to business growth and leadership.
