MEAT INDUSTRY MARKETING STRATEGIST

Help a Salvadoran meat importer strengthen their marketing strategy to optimize B2B and B2C reach in alignment with business strategy.

You will use your experience to:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify key areas for strengthening marketing efforts and develop a strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate the current marketing workflow and operations, providing guidance on optimizing processes to increase campaign efficiency and impact.
  • Share best practices in pricing strategy and value-based marketing to enhance customer appeal and operational consistency.
  • Advise the business on conducting a competitive analysis, offering insights to refine market positioning and differentiate within the meat industry.

Volunteer Skills:

  • Extensive experience in crafting and executing targeted marketing strategies that align with business objectives, ideally within the meat industry, to drive brand awareness and increase market share.
  • Proficient in conducting comprehensive market and competitive analyses to identify consumer trends, competitive advantages, and opportunities for differentiation, ensuring a strong positioning in the marketplace.
  • Strong capability in assessing current marketing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending process improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and streamline operations for better results.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing pricing models that reflect customer demand and market conditions while ensuring profitability, helping to optimize revenue streams.
  • Experienced in leading organizational change initiatives within marketing teams, with a proven track record of communicating process improvements, securing employee buy-in, and facilitating smooth transitions throughout the implementation phase.
