TRAIN BUSINESS LEADERS TO IMPROVE TALENT MANAGEMENT

Support an interactive remote workshop (we call it a Learning Lab) on managing talent, HR strategies, and effectively engaging employees for business leaders in El Salvador, Guatemala, & Honduras. Support this workshop by providing one-hour, individual consultations for one or more Learning Lab participants, turning learning into action items customized to their business needs.

Volunteer Skills Needed:

• Demonstrated expertise in Talent Management, Human Resources, or Employee Engagement

Anticipated Start: Fall of 2024

Volunteer Commitment: from 5 to 20 hours over 1-2 months (depending on how many one-on-one consultations you commit to)
