Bpeace has launched the Leaders Circle program, supported by the Prospera Latina Foundation, to empower Salvadoran women leaders who have previously participated in Bpeace initiatives. This program is designed to further enhance their leadership skills, enabling them to drive transformative, high-impact change.
The Leaders Circle program is designed for women committed to personal growth and spearheading impactful projects within their businesses. This program hones key leadership skills essential for driving transformative change. Participants emerge as catalysts for initiatives that uplift their colleagues, empower microentrepreneurs in their supply chains and create meaningful social impact within their communities.
Expert Guidance and E-Learning
The program utilizes a multidisciplinary approach, blending virtual e-learning with scheduled group sessions led by Bpeace volunteer experts, known as Skillanthropists. It also incorporates in-person interactions, creating a dynamic space for collaboration, collective impact and shared growth among women business leaders.
The e-learning component leverages the LinkedIn Learning platform, where Bpeace Skillanthropists have thoughtfully curated learning paths tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities faced by women business leaders. These paths focus on five key areas: Financial Management, Talent Management, Executive Leadership, Social Impact, and Family Business Management. After completing their chosen learning path, participants receive personalized consulting from Skillanthropists in the priority area they’ve identified as most critical. These experts bring a blend of practical insights and theoretical expertise to help women overcome significant challenges in leadership and decision-making roles.

Financial Management: Women business leaders enhance their ability to analyze financial statements, interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate complex financial data into practical strategies for business growth and sustainability.
